About The Position
As a 988 Crisis Counselor, you will be responsible for providing crisis intervention, emotional support, and resources to all help-seekers via telephone. A high emphasis is placed on quality assurance and efficiency for this role. This is a fully remote position. The pay for this position is $24.00 per hour with a $3.00 overnight differential. We have three part-time shifts available, each totaling 20 hours per week. Option 1: Monday-Friday from 4:30pm-8:30pm PST. Option 2: Sunday-Thursday from 6:30pm-10:30pm PST. Option 3: Monday-Wednesday and Saturday-Sunday from 8:30pm-12:30am PST. This role requires a three-week 40-hour per week training at the start of employment. Our work schedules are subject to change as necessary to meet the Agency's and its client's needs. Reasonable notice is provided to facilitate personal planning.
