About The Position
As a 988 Crisis Counselor, you will be responsible for providing crisis intervention, emotional support, and resources to all help-seekers via telephone. A high emphasis is placed on quality assurance and efficiency for this role. This is a fully remote position with a schedule of Tuesday through Saturday from 2:30pm to 10:30pm PST, totaling 40 hours a week. The role requires a three-week, 40-hour per week training at the start of employment. The pay for this position is $24.00 per hour with a $3.00 overnight differential. Work schedules are subject to change as necessary to meet the Agency's and its client's needs, with reasonable notice provided to facilitate personal planning.
