About The Position

Rose Roofing and Restoration is seeking an Entry Level Sales Representative to join our dynamic, family-owned company that has experienced explosive growth from $2M to $15M in just two years. We are looking for ambitious individuals who are eager to learn and grow with our award-winning sales team. As licensed Class A General Contractors, we pride ourselves on our ACE mentality: Accountability, Communication, and Excellence. This role offers a supportive team environment where you will learn to conduct strategic neighborhood canvassing, perform professional roof inspections, guide homeowners through the insurance claims process, and convert leads into satisfied customers. You will also have the opportunity to master our proven sales system through comprehensive training and mentorship, secure new client agreements, and maintain high accuracy in our CRM system. The position offers a structured ramp-up program, performance-based compensation, and a clear path to advancement opportunities.

Requirements

• Coachable attitude and eagerness to learn
• Strong communication skills

• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time
• Availability to work Monday-Friday (11:00 AM to dusk) and high-earning Saturday mornings
