About The Position

The position involves leading and coaching a team of framers who focus on building customer relationships while creating custom framing solutions for art. The role requires driving custom framing sales and assisting customers in creating memorable framing solutions. The individual will assist the Store Manager in managing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company programs, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and requirements, and holding the team accountable for store conditions and results.

Requirements

• Basic computer skills.

• Previous custom framing experience is preferred.
• Retail management experience.
• Experience leading a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and Company programs.
• Develop and coach the team selling behaviors.
• Lead the delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions to customers on time.
• Achieve personal and team KPI's.
• Review sales and production workload and build plans for networking.
• Manage and execute inventory management processes.
• Manage and execute shrink and safety programs.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Assist with interviewing, onboarding, coaching, and training of new team members.
• Participate in Performance Management activities of the team.
• Partner with MOD's daily on framing expectations.
• Interact with others in a respectful manner and promote commitment to the organization's vision and values.
• Participate in the truck unload and stocking processes.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure a safe environment.
• Acknowledge customers, help locate products, and provide solutions.
• Assist with Omni channel processes.
