About The Position

The Store Operations Associate plays a crucial role in delivering a world-class customer experience by managing store operations effectively. This position involves overseeing inventory processes, ensuring compliance with brand standards, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers, co-workers, and management.
• Ability to execute brand standards to support customer service.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow company guidelines.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy boxes and place products on shelves.

• Strong organizational skills and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Support timely execution of shipment processing, including 48-hour turnaround from delivery.
• Maintain brand standards and efficiency in the stockroom.
• Keep sales floor, stock room, receiving, shipping, stock, supply, and employee areas clean and organized.
• Support planogram updates, monthly marketing merchandising floor sets, and price changes as needed.
• Maintain an exceptional front and back of house store appearance.
• May open or close the store.
• Understand and effectively use available company technology and tools to support inventory processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety and Loss Prevention policies.
• Support onboarding and training needs of new associates.
