About The Position

The Materials Storekeeper position involves receiving, processing, packing, and shipping materials and finished goods while maintaining stock records in a computer inventory system. The role is based at the Ithaca Campus and operates on the 3rd shift.

Requirements

• Work experience equivalent to high school.
• Operational knowledge of electrical equipment.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance on related equipment.
• Mathematical computation skills involving addition and subtraction.
• Ability to make decisions based on established guidelines and job experience.
• Ability to perform work within a wide range of safety precautions.
• Moderate physical exertion is required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming orders.
• Load, unload, transport, and store material in designated areas.
• Maintain inventories and issue equipment, material, and tools.
• Process, pack, and load orders for shipment.
• Provide reorder reports.
