About The Position
The position involves managing all processes of receiving, picking, and preparing products for home delivery in the Service Center. The role requires ensuring inventory accuracy and secure storage of all products, maintaining a safe work environment, and overseeing functions related to the proper storage and safe delivery of furniture to customers. The individual will provide oversight to staff and/or temporary workers, including outside delivery services and in-home warranty service, while meeting set monthly delivery goals.
