About The Position

Pluckers is seeking passionate individuals to join our management team as Restaurant General Managers and Assistant Managers. With 20 new restaurants opening across Texas in the next four years, there are ample opportunities for growth within the company. Our comprehensive 16-week training program, Pluckers University, equips new hires with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in our unique culture and operational standards.

Benefits

• Base salary of $65,000-$75,000 for General Managers.
• Potential to earn an additional $30,000-$100,000 per year through bonuses.
