The 7th Grade Softball Head Coach is responsible for leading and developing the 7th-grade softball team by teaching fundamental skills, fostering teamwork, and promoting sportsmanship in a positive and supportive environment. Key responsibilities include organizing and conducting practices, developing game strategies, instructing players on softball techniques, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all team members in accordance with school and athletic department guidelines.
