About The Position
We are looking for the best Caregivers in Burnet, TX, 78611 and surrounding areas, to work at Llano, Marble Falls, Dripping Springs, Blanco, Burnet, Kingsland, Lampasas, Lakeway, Spicewood, Horseshoe Bay and surrounding areas. This position offers a healthy and happy environment with competitive pay, and we are looking to start as soon as possible! The schedule is flexible, with options for both part-time and full-time work, including short-term live-in opportunities. The base pay ranges from $14 to $18 an hour, depending on experience and qualifications. As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing companionship to clients, preparing meals, performing light housekeeping, assisting with bathing, dressing, and grooming, and providing transportation as needed. A valid driver's license is required, as you will need to drive at least 30 minutes to reach clients' locations. It is essential that caregivers demonstrate strong work ethics and a can-do attitude. You will also be expected to promote positive, supportive, and respectful communication with patients, families, and other employees, while ensuring an environment that respects patient privacy and property. Additionally, you will need to report any unsafe conditions, problems, or observations to your supervisor and demonstrate commitment to professional growth and competency by attending required in-services.
