The OSG role does not attract Sponsorship via the Skilled Worker visa/Tier 2 (general) work visa. This is an active role where you will be doing a range of physical tasks, including lifting and carrying, plus long periods of standing and walking. You will have full training and a supportive team by your side. Your job can include various duties such as gate duties, control room operations, visits, correspondence, night duties, reception tasks, prisoner supervision, food delivery, driving duties, phone call monitoring, and adhering to procedures and protocols. You do not need any qualifications to do this job, but good judgement, common sense, responsibility, and teamwork are essential.
