Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment with a focus on floor care.
  • Operate the scrubber and buffer for floor maintenance.
  • Perform dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass and windows.
  • Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
  • Cross-train to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.
  • Model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
  • Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
  • Maintain all floor care cleanliness standards and operate cleaning equipment effectively.
  • Ensure organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the entire store are met.
  • Adhere to all company policies concerning Health and Safety, including refilling essential items in various areas.
  • Participate in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
  • Communicate accurately and effectively with management and associates.
  • Adhere to all labor laws, policies, and procedures, including meal and break period policies.
  • Participate in safety awareness to maintain a safe environment.
