About The Position

Founded in 2011 by a group of friends, we've blossomed into a thriving chain with over 40 locations across the Southwestern United States. About the Role: In this role, the Team Member will focus on the overall customer experience by providing extraordinary customer service, preparing efficient, consistent, and quality beverages, and providing a clean and well-maintained store environment. This position starts with 10-15 hours/week. Additional hours may be earned based on performance.
Requirements
- Must be able to regularly lift at least 45 lbs.
- Availability on one weekend day (Friday, Saturday or Sunday) is required.
- Capability of working collaboratively to meet store needs
- Well-organized, self-motivated, and positive team attitude
- Proficiency in basic math skills
- Flexibility to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
- Capacity to learn quickly, carry out oral and written instructions, and request clarification when needed
- Must be able to maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Capability to adhere to instructions provided by supervisor and management.
- Ability to interact productively with coworkers to meet store goals
Responsibilities
- Interacting with our customers effectively and empathetically to grasp their needs through clear communication.
- Ensuring accurate processing of cash and card transactions.
- Consistently prepare high-quality products based company's recipes and each customer's needs
- Adapting and following instructions using adequate comprehension skills
- Adhering to safety policies and procedures, including security, handling equipment, etc. (first in, first out)
- Reporting to work at the prescribed time for each scheduled shift and to fulfill the job requirements for the duration of the shift
- Communicating effectively and proactively with management and team members
- Performing all work-related tasks as assigned by your supervisor
