Responsibilities

• Implementing curriculum and instructional activities aligned to academic standards
• Designing and administering assessments to measure student progress
• Using assessment data to refine instruction and support student mastery
• Participating in collaborative curriculum planning, grade-level initiatives, and school-wide events
• Providing consistent expectations, rewards, and consequences to support positive student behavior
• Communicating effectively with students, families, and colleagues
• Demonstrating accountability for student learning outcomes
• Participating in a three-week summer orientation and ongoing professional development
