Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in providing counseling to children and adolescents.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home/community counseling (IIC) to children/adolescents.
• Provide one-on-one skill-building intervention with children/adolescents.
• Provide support counseling and psycho-education to individuals and families.
• Deliver services based on individualized treatment plans, including individual therapy, play therapy, and applied behavioral analysis therapy.
• Implement behavioral interventions and management strategies.
• Utilize evidence-based practices/interventions to provide counseling according to client needs.
• Document all activities according to GNCC reporting system.
• Accurately complete time logs and written progress reports.
• Create a safe, comfortable, and professional work environment at all times.
• Attend monthly staff meetings.
