The City of Stillwater, Oklahoma, is a vibrant community located between Oklahoma City, Tulsa, and Wichita, Kansas, serving as a hub for north central Oklahoma in cultural, economic, and athletic aspects. The City recently announced that Google is developing a data center in Stillwater offering proof of Stillwater’s economic strength and viability. This is a full-time role for a Water Utilities Engineering Division Manager. The Manager will be responsible for supervising and mentoring a group of five including project managers, engineers and a technician. The group’s mission is to manage the City’s Water Utilities CIP through prioritization, project selection, engineering and construction of projects. The 2022 10-Year CIP included about $450M in project needs. The City’s water and wastewater rates produce approximately $11M annually in revenues for capital projects; additional funding include grants and loans.
