About The Position
The City of Stillwater, Oklahoma, is a vibrant community located between Oklahoma City, Tulsa, and Wichita, Kansas, serving as a hub for north central Oklahoma in cultural, economic, and athletic aspects. The City recently announced that Google is developing a data center in Stillwater offering proof of Stillwater’s economic strength and viability. This is a full-time, non-supervisory role for a Water Utilities Project Manager. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and guiding water and wastewater capital infrastructure projects beginning with need definition and continuing through consultant selection, scoping, design, permitting, bidding, award, contracting and construction administration. The Project Manager ensures the successful, timely and compliant completion of the assigned water utilities projects. Project types include all facilities comprising a water and wastewater utility such as lines, pump stations, lift stations and treatment plants.
