About The Position

The Material Handler's primary job function is to supply the internal and external customer with parts and machines. Picking service parts and maintaining accuracy at all times of quantity, quality and service levels. Packing parts and maintaining accuracy at all times of quantity, quality and service levels. The Material Handler is responsible to ensure accuracy of parts pulled and packed, according to the customer’s order.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and climb stairs.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English effectively.
• Must be able to work unexpected and scheduled overtime.
• Must be able to work from a 5 a.m. start time.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or more.
• Prior forklift driving experience preferred; if no experience, must be willing to learn and pass forklift testing.
• Must be able to work in Bentonville, AR location.
