About The Position

The Packer C position involves packing in a safe and efficient manner while maintaining the highest quality standards. The role requires compliance with company policies and safety guidelines, ensuring that the product is packed correctly and efficiently.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
• Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.

Responsibilities

• Compliance with company policies and safety guidelines.
• Read docket daily and at all order changes to ensure proper product is being packed.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in assigned areas.
• Pack and inspect efficiently.
• Complete quality bag checks every fifteen minutes.
• Follow established procedures including standard operating procedures (SOP's), cGMP, food safety regulations, and safety procedures.
