About The Position
Community Christian Homeschool seeks to provide a Christ-centered education to provide parents partnership and support in their homeschooling journey. We want to grow our students and families to love God and foster academic and spiritual bonds between parents and children. The position requires a Jesus-centered, born-again Christian who agrees with our statement of beliefs. The working hours are Tuesday and Thursday from 7:45 AM to 4:00 PM, with teaching time in class from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM. Responsibilities include developing and implementing engaging monthly lesson plans, fostering a classroom environment that encourages curiosity, growth, and critical thinking, supporting students in their social, emotional, and academic development, attending monthly teacher meetings, supporting parents in their homeschooling journey, and collaborating with other teachers and staff to enhance student learning.
