About The Position

The Bus Monitor is responsible for monitoring the safe and orderly transportation of students on assigned routes. This includes overseeing students who ride the school bus to and from schools or other designated locations, ensuring their safety and adherence to discipline procedures during transit.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Preferred
• Valid Drivers License
• Fingerprinting completed prior to first day of work
• Must be 21 years of age
• Ability to pass alcohol and drug test

• Ability to communicate effectively
• Knowledge of student discipline procedure
• Ability to manage student behavior
• Ability to keep accurate daily records
• Ability to operate 2 way radio
