Responsibilities

• Provide professional, efficient, and exceptional service to clients and pets.
• Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians in daily tasks and procedures.
• Maintain the flow of patients in the hospital.
• Communicate effectively with the veterinary team.
• Set up or carry out procedures that do not require veterinarian or vet tech assistance.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of treatment areas, exam rooms, and labs.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans® and preventive care.
• Mentor other members of the hospital team.
