In this role, you will support the Field Management team as the first point of contact in the onboarding and training for newly contracted Landstar Agents. Your support experience and engagement skills will play a key role in helping Agents navigate their learning process. You will deliver exceptional internal customer service to ensure a positive and successful initial six months, at minimum, for our Agents. Your ability to continuously learn and adapt will be vital to your success in this position.
