POSITION OVERVIEW The ABF 50/50 Raffle Supervisor role is a crucial part of the Atlanta Braves Foundation fundraising team, helping to manage all aspects of the Foundation’s largest fundraising campaign each year. This position is responsible for hiring, training, and managing an engaging and effective raffle sales team of 20-30 PT game staff. The ABF 5050 Supervisor will provide consistent communication and administrative support, sales training, scheduling and oversight of the raffle sales team during shifts as well as assists with game-day related duties for the 50/50 Raffle. The Supervisor leads the raffle sales team during all Braves’ home games, and other events as required. The Supervisor will be responsible for troubleshooting, customer service and support, and ensuring the success of the 50/50 Raffle through everything the baseball season throws our way! The ideal candidate for this role will have fun working with people and is a fantastic coach. Someone who is competitive (in a fun way), sales and service oriented, and loves the idea of being a big part of the Braves fan experience here at Truist Park on game days!
