About The Position
The Group Fitness-5 Star ELI position at Life Time is designed for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional large group training experiences. This role is pivotal in maintaining the brand's reputation for excellence in fitness instruction and community engagement. As a Group Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for leading classes that not only meet but exceed the national average in terms of participation and engagement. You will be expected to deliver a minimum of five classes per week and participate in at least one event annually, all while embodying the values and standards of Life Time. Your role will also involve acting as a social influencer, promoting Life Time's various brands, products, services, and events to foster a sense of community among members and team members alike. In this position, you will be a key player in the Performer Team, where teamwork and leadership are essential. You will be responsible for developing positive relationships with members, ensuring that each individual feels valued and included in the fitness community. Your ability to connect with participants and create an engaging atmosphere will be crucial to your success in this role.
