About The Position
The Elementary Literacy Coach position at Winchester Public Schools is designed to facilitate instructional improvement and enhance student learning across all elementary grade levels. The coach will support educators in implementing new literacy instructional materials and practices, observe instruction, and collaborate with teachers to apply effective teaching strategies.
