About The Position

The Receiving Associate at BJ's Wholesale Club is responsible for accurately receiving products, maintaining organization and cleanliness in the receiving department, and ensuring compliance with club policies and procedures. This role emphasizes teamwork, service excellence, and a commitment to safety and member satisfaction.

Requirements

• Must successfully complete required training and certification processes.
• Prior forklift experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Accurately receive products and maintain receiving reports.
• Organize and file receipts and outbound shipment paperwork.
• Maintain dock security and monitor the flow of team members and visitors.
• Ensure compactors are locked and secured, used only by authorized personnel.
• Receive merchandise accurately and store it according to product specifications.
• Process Direct Store Delivery (DSD) loads and credits.
• Handle reverse logistics and corporate-office-initiated returns.
• Keep the dock organized and clean.
• Adhere to all club policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments.
