About The Position
Waconda USD 272 is seeking applications for a Full-Time 4th Grade Teacher due to retirement for the 2026-2027 school year and beyond. Applicant must have (or be able to obtain) a Certified Teaching license with the proper endorsement. Applicants willing to obtain licensure through a two year Transition to Teaching Program are also encouraged to apply. Please send the following to the contact person. 1. A cover letter of interest outlining qualifications relevant to the position. 2. A current resume. 3. A copy of your college or university transcripts. 4. A copy of a valid teaching certificate or alternative licensure program. 5. Three current references with complete addresses, day and evening phone and/or cell numbers. 6.
