We develop students and teachers to meet the demands of the future -- we develop readers, achievers, and leaders! Our school is unique in that we offer many clubs and sports programs to keep our students motivated to learn. We have robotics, coding, science, a leadership academy, year book club, as well as soccer and basketball programs. Our faculty values collaboration, professional learning, student and staff leadership, and collective efficacy. We are looking for team members who are committed to doing whatever it takes to help our students become successful learners. In addition, we are looking for teachers who are collaborative and willing to grow.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Valid Tennessee teaching license in Elementary Education (K-5) OR current enrollment in an accredited teacher preparation program

Responsibilities
- Plan, deliver, and assess effective instruction aligned to Tennessee state standards
- Design engaging lessons with clear objectives and measurable outcomes
- Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners
- Collaborate regularly with colleagues and support staff
- Build strong, respectful relationships with students and families
- Create a well-managed, structured classroom environment
- Participate in ongoing professional development and reflection
