Position Overview:
The 4th Grade Teacher is responsible for creating a nurturing, structured, and engaging classroom
environment rooted in Catholic values. This educator will foster a love of learning while
supporting students' academic, spiritual, and social growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Valid teaching certification (or working toward certification)
• Commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Passion for working with elementary-aged students
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, standards-based instruction across core subject areas
• Integrate Catholic teachings and values into daily lessons and classroom culture
• Build strong, positive relationships with students to support both academic and personal growth
• Use assessment data to guide instruction and ensure student progress
• Maintain a well-managed, organized, and faith-filled classroom environment
• Communicate regularly and effectively with parents and guardians
• Collaborate with colleagues and actively participate in school-wide initiatives
• Support the mission of Catholic education through word and example
