About The Position

COACHING OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE 2025-26 SCHOOL YEAR! The position involves coaching various sports at Rancho Viejo Middle School, including fall, winter, and spring sports, as well as year-round cheerleading. Coaches will be responsible for leading their respective teams, ensuring the safety and well-being of student-athletes, and promoting a positive athletic environment.

Requirements

• CPR Certification
• First Aid Certification
• Keenan Safe Schools Training

Responsibilities

• Coach assigned sports teams during the specified seasons.
• Develop training programs and practice schedules.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of student-athletes.
• Promote sportsmanship and teamwork among players.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school administration.

Benefits

• Stipend for Athletic Director: $2,684 per year
• Stipend for Cheer Coach/Advisor: $2,684 per year
• Stipend for Head Coach: $1,789 per assignment
