The Loss Prevention team is responsible for apprehending shoplifters, recovery of Company assets, preventing shoplifting incidents, audit compliance of external loss prevention standards, identifying external exposures, recommending solutions and reporting all observed, suspected exposures pertaining to internal theft and violations of operational standards to store management and loss prevention District Manager.
