This role offers exposure to how compensation programs are designed, benchmarked, and implemented. As an Intern you will gain hands-on experience with compensation strategy and benchmarking tools while receiving mentorship from experienced Compensation professionals. We are seeking an enthusiastic, data-driven HR Intern who is able to handle multiple HR Intern responsibilities and deliver high-quality, customer-focused service. The responsibilities include providing effective and timely support to the Compensation team, taking ownership of day-to-day administrative tasks, and remaining flexible and responsive to additional requests. You will assist in gathering and analyzing data, updating compensation tools, building reports, and supporting on-going projects.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Human Resources Compensation Division Manager.
  • Handle project management.
  • Assist in gathering and/or updating salary data in Excel or our CompAnalyst benchmarking tool.
  • Create, maintain, and/or update spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy in employee related data.
  • Assist in building tables and graphs to provide data-driven insights.
  • Assist with maintaining, updating, and drafting job descriptions.
  • Assist in writing, updating, and maintaining test scripts.
  • Help with the administration of Compensation projects requiring skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
