Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Typing speed of 20+ WPM
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows OS
  • Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Customer-focused, empathetic, and patient
  • Ability to multitask and self-manage in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, sales, tech support, or administrative roles
  • Experience in a contact center or government-related work

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally and efficiently
  • Understand customer needs and provide effective solutions
  • Research and resolve issues using internal systems and cross-department collaboration
  • Follow client-specific processes and maintain a courteous, professional demeanor
  • Accurately document customer interactions and manage accounts
  • Adhere to scripts, policies, and confidentiality requirements
  • Escalate complex issues appropriately to ensure resolution
  • Stay current with training, systems, and process updates
  • Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality
