About The Position

MCI is a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company that specializes in delivering tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of our clients. With a commitment to excellence and a focus on innovation, we have established ourselves as a trusted partner in the industry. We're seeking dedicated Customer Service Agents to join our team. In this role, you'll support inbound customer service, help desk, and back-office operations for both commercial and public sector clients. You'll be the voice of some of the world's most recognized brands, assisting customers with product questions, process guidance, and basic technical troubleshooting. Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Typing speed of 20+ WPM
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows OS
  • Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, tech support, sales, chat, or administrative roles
  • Experience in state or federal work environments

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions with professionalism and empathy
  • Understand customer needs and provide effective solutions
  • Research and resolve issues using internal systems and cross-departmental coordination
  • Accurately document customer interactions and claims
  • Follow client-specific procedures, scripts, and compliance requirements
  • Use available tools and training to answer questions and manage accounts
  • Escalate complex issues appropriately to ensure resolution
  • Stay up to date with program changes through training and team meetings
  • Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
