The 4-H program manager for enrollment plays a key role in connecting youth across New Hampshire with the University of New Hampshire (UNH) through statewide 4-H community-to-campus events. These immersive experiences highlight UNH’s commitment to prepare young people for academic and career success, foster early engagement and help youth envision themselves as future UNH students. This is a full-time, in-person, benefited position located on the Durham, N.H., campus and will have occasional night and weekend programmatic responsibilities. As part of UNH’s land-grant outreach mission, 4-H empowers youth to become “Beyond Ready”: equipped with the skills, confidence, and aspirations to lead in their communities. Reporting to the 4-H program team leader, the program manager oversees event operations, logistics, promotion, and enrollment tracking via the 4-H Z-Suite database to demonstrate program impact and reach. N.H. 4-H engages over 15,000 youth and 3,000 adult volunteers statewide through integrated research, extension, education, and communications—advancing leadership development and contributing to public service and student success.
