Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment efforts to engage schools and 4-H clubs in the Next Chapter program.
  • Build relationships with campus and industry professionals to create new career-focused curricula.
  • Identify engaging career pathways linked to NDSU degrees and develop hands-on learning tools.
  • Provide professional development for Extension and educational professionals through trainings and webinars.
  • Pursue collaborative opportunities with colleagues, volunteers, faculty, and community partners.
  • Promote program involvement among North Dakota schools and 4-H clubs.
  • Organize in-class support from NDSU staff and plan on- and off-campus events.
