The Division of Extension and Engagement is seeking a 4-H & Juntos Program Coordinator. This is a full-time (1.00 FTE), 12-month, professional faculty position based at the Extension Clackamas County office in Oregon City, Oregon. This Oregon State University (OSU) 4-H & Juntos Coordinator is a member of the OSU Division of Extension and Engagement's (division) Extension 4-H Youth Development Program and the Partnerships Juntos Unit. As a team member, this 4-H & Juntos Coordinator has regional and statewide responsibilities. Decisions regarding this position are made in consultation with the supervision team which includes the Director of the 4-H Youth Program, Director of Juntos, and the North Willamette Regional Director. This 4-H & Juntos Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and managing the applicable 4-H and OSU Juntos programs within Clackamas County as outlined in the position duties, with a focus on expanding educational opportunities for youth and families, particularly in underrepresented communities in an inclusive, equitable, and socially just manner. The incumbent will collaborate with regional and statewide academic and professional faculty, as well as local stakeholders such as school districts, community organizations, and government agencies, to enhance program effectiveness and meet emerging community needs. This position requires a proactive, collaborative and community-oriented individual with experience in program management, volunteer leadership, and youth development. This includes complying with civil rights and language/visual access regulations.
