Requirements

  • Holder of a current Ohio teaching license in the relevant content area
  • Bachelor's degree in education or related field
  • Comfortable and eager to grow through frequent coaching and feedback
  • An excellent communicator and collaborator
  • Experienced working in an urban educational setting
  • Committed to equity, inclusion, and inspiring students from all walks of life

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver dynamic, differentiated lesson plans that meet the diverse needs of your students
  • Use data-driven best practices and school-approved curricula that reflect the rich cultural backgrounds of our community
  • Foster a positive, engaging classroom environment where every student feels seen and supported
  • Collaborate with families to support students' academic and social-emotional growth
  • Integrate technology to enhance learning experiences
