Requirements

Holder of a current Ohio teaching license in the relevant content area
Bachelor's degree in education or related field
Comfortable and eager to grow through frequent coaching and feedback
An excellent communicator and collaborator
Experienced working in an urban educational setting
Committed to equity, inclusion, and inspiring students from all walks of life

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver dynamic, differentiated lesson plans that meet the diverse needs of your students
Use data-driven best practices and school-approved curricula that reflect the rich cultural backgrounds of our community
Foster a positive, engaging classroom environment where every student feels seen and supported
Collaborate with families to support students' academic and social-emotional growth
Integrate technology to enhance learning experiences
Participate in school culture initiatives and community-building activities
