  • Join a Physician-Led, Patient-Centered Team Focused on Quality Care
  • Provide high-quality, cost-effective, and coordinated care that delivers superior outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Work in a team-based environment with support from APRNs, RNs, and a dedicated Quality Improvement team.
  • Focus on quality, not quantity - see 10-16 patients/day with 30-60 minute appointments.
  • Participate in robust transitional care and high-risk outreach programs.
  • Receive consistent feedback on quality measures, diagnostic accuracy, and hospitalization rates.
  • M.D. or D.O.
  • Board Certified/Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
  • Active, unrestricted Louisiana medical license
  • Valid DEA and CDS licenses (or ability to obtain)
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
  • 1+ years of clinical experience in adult, family, or geriatric care
