About The Position
Burke Distributing, a local beer distributor that has been in business for over 90 years, is looking to hire 3rd Shift Warehouse Selectors to accurately pick and load beer products, using voice pick and WMS systems, to prepare products for delivery. Salary Break Down: 3 rd Shift Selector Hourly Rate: $21.25 Weekly Incentive Range: $50 Benefits: Hourly Company Benefit Contribution: Pension Fund (Retirement) $2.90 Health and Welfare (Blue Cross Blue Shield) $14.91 Union position with Teamsters Local 653 Additional 401k plan offered Company paid holidays Massachusetts Earned Sick Time
Requirements
- Operate a variety of warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.)
- Ability to communicate and work with coworkers in a professional manner
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work night shift, starting at 6:30pm
- Opportunity for overtime
- Ability to lift up to a 15.5-gallon keg (equivalent to 161 pounds)
- Must successfully pass pre-employment testing including a background check, drug test and strength evaluation
