About The Position

We’re looking for a 3rd Shift Sanitation Technician who takes ownership, works with urgency, and understands the critical role sanitation plays in food safety and production success. What You’ll Do As part of our sanitation team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our facility is clean, safe, and ready for production—every single day. Clean and sanitize food and non-food contact surfaces in production areas Complete daily sanitation assignments efficiently within tight turnaround windows between shifts Perform pre-operational inspections to ensure readiness for production Handle hoses, equipment, and chemical containers (20–50 lbs regularly) Maintain chemical inventory and support overall plant and warehouse cleanliness Work in a wet, humid environment while wearing required PPE Stay on your feet for extended periods (standing, lifting, crouching) Report any food safety, quality, or safety concerns immediately

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of sanitation experience in a food manufacturing environment (preferred)
  • Ability to follow sanitation schedules and maintain required documentation (USDA, State, Customer standards)
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on doing the job right the first time
  • Ability to work independently while staying accountable to the team
  • Organized, reliable, and safety-focused
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 10-panel drug screen required ( THC included )

Nice To Haves

  • 1–2 years of sanitation experience in a food manufacturing environment (preferred)
