About The Position

The 3rd Shift Production Roaster Operator Level 1 responsibilities are to be able to perform all duties of a 3rd Shift Production Roaster Operator Trainee. In addition, to learn the operations of the various room product roasters including loading, unloading and cleaning as needed. Operations of roasters includes following daily Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) and complying with company quality standards.

Forklift operator certification
GMP & Food Safety
HACCP- Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point Certificate
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience as a 3rd Shift Production Roaster Operator Trainee

Moisture Test SOP G Level 2
Almond Buhler Aeroglide Roaster SOP J Level 2
Proctor Roaster SOP L Level 2
Filling Out Production Sheets SOP T Level 1
Other duties as assigned
Attend meetings and contribute to company agendas
Take part at tradeshows discussing the company's product to new customers, we insist upon quality to ensure our company's future.
