Additional information can be found at www.ttm.com Scope: A Drill Operator is responsible for all aspects of drilling including operate drilling equipment to ensure holes are drilled correctly into printed circuit board (PCB) panels. Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
• Ability to stand for the duration of shift
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, customer specifications, and procedures
• Basic math, problem solving, interpersonal skills, and computer skills
• Must possess interpersonal, problem solving, and communication skills
• Follow all safety measures
• High School diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
• Previous PCB experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Read and understand drill chart for each order
• Download programs to run jobs on machines
• Operates machine for panel optimization and operates x-ray machine to analyze registration
• Able to set up drill cassettes and remove dull bits
• Perform incoming inspection on new and re-sharpened drill bits
• Perform outgoing inspection on dull drill bits being sent out for re-sharpening
• Operate multiple drill machines simultaneously
• May also be trained on laser drill
• Follow all departmental process procedures correctly
• Complete all departmental documentation accurately
• Complete quality checks when product arrives in and exits the department
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management and cross-train as needed to assist production
