About The Position

The Production Operator role involves adhering to all safety and housekeeping requirements within a manufacturing setting. The operator is responsible for operating production equipment, troubleshooting, and making necessary adjustments to ensure product and quality specifications are met. This includes recording production data and other results as required, applying basic maintenance skills to service equipment, and actively participating in all plant safety and continuous improvement initiatives as directed by supervision. The position requires adaptability to scheduling requirements, including shift work, overtime, and working weekends as applicable.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a manufacturing setting safely and follow all safety rules.
• Ability to learn to operate and troubleshoot plant equipment.
