About The Position
Tim's Cascade Snacks, a subsidiary of Utz Quality Foods, is seeking a 3rd Shift Production Lead to join our team of manufacturing professionals at our facility located in Algona, WA. The Production Lead is responsible for managing the shift production and coordinating with quality assurance and maintenance staff to ensure even flow of production while adhering to the established schedule. This position will be responsible for training temporary workers. A successful candidate would have the opportunity to move into other management positions within the company.
