Sentinel Technologies is seeking a Patching Specialist for its nationally recognized IT support team. In this role you will be working with customers and vendors to deliver effective patching solutions and support. When you are not fulfilling patching needs you will leverage your experience supporting our help desk team managing tickets through ServiceNow. Your effective communication skills will lay the path to building and fostering relationships with customers reliant on highly available and secure systems. This is a full-time direct hire position with 3rd shift hours Thursday-Monday from 7pm-4am CST.
