Requirements

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of front of house (FOH) and back of house (BOH) floors and restrooms.
• Accurately put food orders away and rotate stock using the First In-First Out method.
• Take temperatures of required foods upon delivery and document on the Quality Control/Safe Food Checklist.
• Report incomplete closing areas to the opening manager.
• Complete miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the manager on duty.
• Set up FOH for opening.
• Prepare lemonades for the day.
• Daily cleaning of the parking lot area each morning.
