Requirements

  • 1–2 years of manufacturing or production experience preferred (training provided for the right candidate)
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Basic math skills, including addition and subtraction
  • Ability to adhere to attendance requirements and work assigned 2nd shift schedule
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Ability to pass a post-offer, company-paid physical, drug screen, and background check
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Nice To Haves

  • Previous extrusion or wire and cable experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble minor metal products and components within routine, highly repetitive production processes
  • Set up, operate, and adjust machinery according to specifications and standard operating procedures
  • Monitor product quality and inspect finished components to ensure compliance with standards
  • Rotate between machines and workstations assigned
  • Perform basic equipment adjustments, routine maintenance, and cleaning
  • Maintain accurate production reports and records
  • Work at a workbench or conveyor line in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Perform tasks such as checking, sorting, packaging, labeling, pasting, snipping, tying, and trimming materials
  • Operate manual and machine-assisted tools to complete assembly tasks
  • Always follow all safety policies and procedures
  • Assist with miscellaneous duties including moving assemblies or equipment and cleaning work areas
  • Work under close supervision while meeting production and quality expectations
