About The Position

Job Summary
Maximize efficiency and capacity of the Loader area and Breaker production floor. Maintains efficient running of product while maintaining direct report employees effectively.

• Technologically and mechanically inclined to be able to troubleshoot robots & loaders

Responsibilities

• Directing the Loader, Breaker and Tray wash workforce on daily tasks.
• Managing the Westfalia and Savanna systems.
• Training/ cross-training of all loader and breaker employees.
• Ensuring quality on all outgoing liquid products.
• Maximizing the throughput of the Loader and breaker systems.
• Follow and execute the Daily plan. Ensuring the correct eggs make it to the correct product.
• Monitoring of CIP systems, Chemical usage and automated chemical dosing systems.
• Work with Management and suppliers on any ongoing breaker process improvements. Maximizing quantity of eggs to the finished product.
• Other duties as assigned.
